Building Your Household Staff & Support

Our focus is on connecting you with exceptional household professionals who become integral members of your family. For direct household placements, all candidates successfully placed through our agency will be directly employed by your household as W-2 employees.

  • You are the Employer

    When you hire a nanny or other household staff member through The Collaborative Staffing, they become your direct employee. You handle their payroll, taxes, and benefits (if applicable).

  • W-2 Employment

    Your household staff will be classified as W-2 employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws. This provides clarity and security for both you and your employee.

  • Services Beyond Direct Employment

    It's important to note that our direct employment model, where placed staff become your W-2 employees, does not apply to our Event Childcare services.
